Well it's rare I need to use one. This place has a nice waiting area, the staff knew what they were doing, all their office equipment worked, and they took care of us right away. I recently sold a car, it went very well. I read another review here that says something about being mugged, either these folks have lived a very sheltered life or were talking about some other place. Plenty of parking off 63 behind the building. You have to go to the back anyways, no entrance off 63. Would use their service again, no doubt.

I didn't realize that Harleysville HAD a "bad part of town"...overall, this place isn't so bad; yes, it's small and a little dingy-looking, but the staff is really friendly and helpful, and that tends to go a long way.

Small and dirty office with little or no parking in scary area. I felt like I was going to be mugged!
