Neiman Marcus is one of my favorite stores to shop in. I love fashion and love to shop for great looking clothes. I have purchased many items from Neiman's and will continue to do so in the future. However the service level is real low. There are a handful of people who are extremely friendly but on the flip side there are too many who are not. Some actually act like we are disturbing their day. Neiman's is on the high end of good quality and excellent value. What it needs to do is upstep it's customer service. Hire people who have a personality.
Pros: SELECTION, CLEANINESS, ATMOSPHERE
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLIGHTLY OVER PRICED
