Great food!! Great Ambience!!

by delicatessecritic

If you are a fan of the Soprano's this is the place to be. It has been said that the Philadelphia Mob has been seen here to frequent this place. I love the food, the class, this is what I would call a true upper scale restaurant with a twist. All the servers take their job very serious. They live by the moto: Respect your customers and they will respect you. I love this place, this is my most favorite place in the USA. They do not have a great assortment of items to choose on the menu, but whatever you choose it is absoluetely undoubfully the best!!! Best Place in Philly!

  • Pros: Great location, Great Class, Great Food, Great Ambience
  • Cons: NA

Good place to come for drinks

by thayden2

I've never eaten here, but this place is really fun to drink and hang out. It is also REALLY REALLY good for having private parties.

An elegant taste of authentic Italy, with a dancing club upstairs.

by Contributor

In Short
Just beyond the lace-curtained door, a quaint dining area exudes French rustic charm via sconces, floral arrangements and a coffered ceiling. Similarly old-world, service tends towards the formal; tuxedoed waiters address patrons as "signor" or "signora." Having studied in Apulia just north of the heel of the boot, chef-partner Nunzio Patruno favors cooking with a Northern Italian flair. Meanwhile upstairs, DJs mix golden oldies for dancers grooving in high heels and tight leather.

  • Pros: great atmosphere

disappointment

by lauradaino

I bought a gift certificate for my parents. It was such a disappointment. It was a Friday evening. there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. Portions were laughably small. The menu selection was minimal.

  • Pros: service
  • Cons: small portions, smaller entree select
