Great for Spiritual Guidance

I have been going to Harry's for 7 years, seeking spiritual guidance. I have talked to various staff members and I will now only go to Fernando. He truly has talent and if he does not know what to mix, he will consult with others. His tarot readings skills are not fake and I also have friends that say the same.

I believe that at Harry's you need to find your own personal fit, as everyone who goes there will wait for a certain individual reader. But I know that Fernando has helped me.

• Cons: Some of the Staff are not "gifted".. find the right fit

Crazy LOCA behind the counter

The store is wonderful, well-stocked and all that. But . . . after almost a year of not shopping there . . . I walk in and there's this big LOCA named Fernando. He was as useless as a wart on a hog, and had absolutely no useful knowledge of the items he was selling. Honestly, if you follow the spiritual advise he gives, you'll end up in a gutter somewhere.

So I give the store five stars . . . but that Fernando guy . . . gets NONE.

Harry's Occult Shoppe -- get some knowledgable people in there already!

Supportive Help

I am new to rootwork. I visited Harry's this afternoon and was a little afraid of looking dumb. I was given an abundance of help and support by a very nice young woman. So if you are a beginner, Harry's will point you in the right direction.

I lud dat place!!!

I have found Harrys to have the purest Oils around. I won't buy Oils from any other place. My sisters, one live in NYC the other in Mass, if I say I am going to Harrys , you can bet I have a big order of Oils to pick up.

A stench of dark magic wafts between walls of colored candles and cases of crystals. For more than 80 years, the store with the sign: "Help light a torch for the good; Cross swords against evil" has sold powerful oils, powders, votives and incense. The smell outlasted Harry Seligman, the shop's founder. As centuries-old New-Age music plays, customers approach the dimly lit wooden room and head to the glass counter in the back.

Very nice and informed staff. Tunesha is wonderful; everyone there is! I highly recommend this shop.
