I took my computer to CompUSA for freezing during bootup and they told me I had a bad motherboard. After they charged me for diagnostics and a motherboard ($255.00)it did the same thing. After going back and forth with CompUSA I let the Geek Squad look at it and they said it was probably a defective motherboard and to take it back to CompUSA. I got T&S Computers number from a friend at work and Tom came the same day I called him. He found the problem in less than ten minutes (a bad DVD drive) and replaced the drive. He didn't charge me for coming to my house and it only cost me $68.
