If your looking for talent and experience in flowers,these people know the industry. I trust these people all the way,always caring and patient. I recently had something sent for a housewarming and wasnt sure what to go with!! I think I drove the person nuts because I kept changing my mind!! In the end I trusted their decision and it was perfect. THANKS OLD CITY ONCE AGAIN!!

Very Bad Place To Buy Flowers

I will never go back here again. I got flowers there for my daughters 21st birthday and was treated horribly. The guy who waited on me was rude and unhelpful. I walked out and I will never go back. They have the highest prices also.

Horrific Customer Service...Terrific and Long Lasting Arrangement

I live just up the street from Old City Flowers, I've seen the rave reviews its been given on a national level proudly displayed in its storefront. So for my girlfriend's birthday I decided to spend a little more money on flowers than I usually do, as I get her flowers every other week. I came in with my own vase as we have plenty of them and gave him a budget to work within. I asked for white tulips, the obese and pompous florist who was working that day said that they were out of season and they weren't available the same day. So I left it up to him. I then received a phone call minutes later saying that because the vase I had supplied was so large that I really needed to spend 50% more than my budget which was already $50. I wanted to say go GFY! However it is my girlfriends favorite vase and wanted it back in one piece. I told him to just make it $50 and didn't fall for his up-sell, as it turns out the arrangement was beautiful and the longest lasting I've ever seen. Its unfortunate they have such quality flowers and such rude service...and because of that I will not be returning...

Worst Service EVER

The only reason I chose this place to begin with is that they were listed as an approved vendor for my company. I'll try to remedy that, believe me. Oh, where to begin? Let's see, first of all if I could have given this place a negative star rating, I would have. This is based solely on what was, and I'm certain will remain, the worst customer service experience of my life. I worked with someone allegedly named "Heath." Surely he made that up, right? Anyway, he was rude, abrupt, loud and completely low class, even by Philly standards. At one point, he actually said to me, "Well, you need to know that this order is doing absolutely nothing for me." When I told him I would never be doing business with him again, he cancelled my order. Thank God!! Dude, did you really think that was a threat? Needless to say, I will be staying away from this disaster of a business and suggest you do the same.

Lack of service with an ATTITUDE!!!!!

I needed flowers for a next day delivery. When the flowers were not delivered by 5:15, I called this "Florist" and was told the flowers were on the truck and the truck was out for delivery. No flowers were ever delivered and the next day Bethany called and said they tried to reach me but couldn't because my line was busy and they didn't know what to do! The vase pictured was not available so rather than substiute (they have a substitution policy that states they will) they did nothing and my aunt got NOTHING on her 90th birthday. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO GO THERE AND DELIVER YOUR OWN ORDER AND MAKE CREATIVE DECISIONS YOURSELF. THEY ARE NO FLORISTS!!!!!!!!

• Pros: Since they don't deliver on time and can't make decisions, there can be no pros!
• Cons: They have no customer service and send emails in all caps like they are yelling at you!

YET another WORST SERVICE EVER

Here is a florists that only delivers to people who do not have jobs during the day. It is their standard protocol to leave a notice instead of flowers at sites of delivery, despite a designated area for deliveries. It is also their belief to leave the phones off the hook when they are overwhelmed. They lack total professionalism and it is not a shock to see other negative reviews.

The worst customer service I ever experienced

The people at Old City Flowers are incredibly rude. I would never get flowers from there again and cannot suggest anyone do so in the future.

I had flowers sent to me from Old City Flowers. Because they forgot to include the card with the message with the flowers, I called to see if they still had the message. First they denied that they forgot to write the message and then they hung up on me. What was supposed to be a nice event of receiving flowers turned into a miserable one due to the people at Old City Flowers. Don't go there. It's not worth it.

Worst Attitude

Customer Service is horrible. I thought the person above just had a bad experience but I was immediately greeted with people who didn't seem to need my business, didn't have any desire to complete my order and on and on. Not worth the attitude. There are people who are much eager to please than these people. Hope they go bankrupt soon.
