Horrible experience. I went in for a simple bonding procedure and left in pain hours later with bloody gums and teeth that were disfigured. The bonding material deteriorated in just a few days and when I called my insurance company to complain I found out that Dr. Turchin had billed them for cavities he claimed he filled but never did. I ended up having to pay another dentist to fix my teeth.

Dr. Turchin is an excellent dentist and a really nice person - he gives you his home number - calls to follow up on how you're feeling - a genuine, good guy. His staff is also excellent -- friendly and professional.
Pros: follow-through, quality, genuinely nice

Great experience from the moment I called. Everybody was very friendly and happy, which can be hard to find in Philly. Dr. Turchin is a great guy and explains everything he does so as not to leave the patient in the dark. He was able to remove my wisdom tooth it in one piece, even though it had a curved root. Plus their office actually called me to make sure I was ok. How many places actually do that?
