NEVER A GOOD NIGHTS REST

From fumbling heat to being woken up each morning at 9 am this hotel's customer service is rediculous. Stayed for over a week and was abruptly woken up by ear piercing drilling. When asked to move rooms responded that there are none available. For the price you have to pay you should at least get a good nights rest. But that won't happen if you are staying at the hotel Windsor.
