I have been using Giant Steps for years for my framing projects. They have consistently done a terrific job. In their work, the frame and mat really set off the artwork and shows it to its best advantage. I have relied on the design sense of Giant Steps and they have never steered me wrong, from the smallest job to an oversize frame and artwork that was a job and a half to handle. As a bonus, they are easy to work with and very friendly. I recommend Giant Steps without reservation.
Pros: Great design sense, friendly service
Cons: Parking is an issue

The people were helpful and friendly, but the work took twice as long to complete as originally promised (over a month, in the end) and it was only finally done because I completely pestered them.
Pros: friendly
Cons: unreliable, does not follow up
