Great location & amenities need to be updated.. Checked in early with no problems. Our room was very spacious but was not the room we booked since they were sold out with a wedding but we still stayed in the oversized king room. We were supposed to have the plaza club level but I was told the amenities for the weekend are not available & the hours have changed which was not posted on the website when I booked. This was a disappointment since I was booking the hotel upon these for my girlfriends birthday weekend. I promised her access to the Club lounge, continental breakfast, light snacks with complimentary beer and wine as well as a cocktail bar and soft beverages / desserts every evening. Also the plush terry robes.

The walls in the room are very thin I could hear the end unit next to us talking & another room when their water was running plus we were woken up by the bar down stairs & anyone who walked back to their room in our hallway.

The location is ideal but again with the noise the room is not very romantic unless you are in & out of it or a night owl.

I would stay again only if I was guarantee the club level since that is why I wanted to stay there since I usually stay at the Sofitel or the Four Season but the price was right esp w/the posted amenities.

Great Hotel Great Doorman Awful Concierge. In the heart of the city is a nice place to stay. Warwick a hotel/condo just off Rittenhouse Square. Doorman & Check in personnell are friendly and charming. Francine the concierge needs some training in customer service. No eye contact rarely smiles and has a bit of Power thing going on. I over heard her speaking to an incoming guest. When I asked her for some basic information she would not make eye contact and acted like she was better than myself. The cleaning staff was kind and detailed. I recommend the hotel -- beware of concierge.

loved it, great staff, great hotel. I highly recommend the Radisson-Warwick if coming to Philadelphia or just want a night in town. I blocked off rooms for my wedding nearby and the staff was great. I could'nt have asked for better service. They upgraded the bride and groom to an executive suite which was perfect because it was large enough for the bridal party to get ready. Room service is from the restaurant downstairs so the food was excellent and fast. The location is perfect, right off of Rittenhouse Square. The hotel has been recently renovated so it has a great historic vibe, but with modern touches. Loved it!

The Rittenhouse Square Grande Dame Has Still Got It!. We stayed at the Warwick over the weekend while staying in Philadelphia at the end of February. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located ~ it is right next to Rittenhouse Square, known for its shopping and beautiful architecture.

They are undergoing a remodel right now so it would be best to hold off until it's completion. They are remodeling the lobby currently, and it is one of the draws of the hotel. I have visited the lobby on pervious trips to Philly and loved it; I can only imagine how much better it will be once they have completed the remodel.

We stayed in a remodeled room; they now feature the Sleep Number bed in all of their rooms. I'm not sure how much I liked the Sleep Number bed, but the room itself was very nice. The staff was wonderful and helpful in every way. We really enjoyed our stay at the Warwick.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

good location. The lobby gived one the impression that the rooms will be nicer than they are, but they are certainly adequet and clean (aside from a little mildew on the shower curtain). The heat/a/c is antiquated and really needs updating. Either it is blasting dry hot air or nothing. That said, the hotel is perfectly fine and in a great location. The piano player in the lobby on Saturday night lends a festive air.

Dog-Gone Philly. I love to travel but find myself missing out at times becasue many hotels do not accept dogs. Not this place- My two (large) dogs were welcomed with open arms. The Bellman even directed us to the area parks for them. We loved the city and will definately return and will without a doubt stay at the Warwick. The rooms were clean, and the staff very friendly.

Clean Rooms, Slow Service. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are tidy and bright. the service is a bit unorganized, especially the valets. we waited 30 minutes for our car, but they credited us for the $24 overnight parking fee (good deal because u can go in and out as many times as you please in a 24 hr. period). the hotel is in a good location, and within walking distance of all the touristy sites. we paid approx. $100 for a one night stay on Saturday.
