Remax Eastern is the worst
by northeastphilly
Buying or selling, I highly recommend not using the real estate services of Remax Eastern on Frankford Avenue, and especially agent Mike Corsanico.
I found their work to be extremely sloppy and disorganized. The agent is unprofessional, uneducated and argumentative. Requests for assistance from the manager, Dennis Kulp, went unanswered. It was a frustrating nightmare, beginning to end, working with these people.
Cars & Trucks
by CSMobileUser
I do not recommend that anyone do business at this car lot. They got me a loan through Marlton Auto Credit and the interest at 21% which is extremely outrageous. Then they said that they won't take the car back, I'm stuck in the contract, and that I couldn't get my deposit of $2100 back! They let me drive the car around for 30 days and didn't remind me that I had to come back for the inspection. This is my first car and they literally took my money. What makes it worse is that I tried to get it financed through my credit union and they said the car is only worth $5600 when I am paying $12000.00 for it! Please be aware of these types of cars lots and pay close attention to the interest rate. The guy named Bob who works there is rude and has horrible service and he wasn't the guy who sold me the car! If I wouldve know that I wouldn't have bought the car. Totally unsatisfying and not worth your time and its a waste of money
- Pros: Example: best croissants in town
- Cons: What are the drawbacks?

CHI Institute
by 11872
I would not recommend anyone to attend CHI Institute in Broomall, Pa. I along with other students had very bad experiences at this school.
They promise you everything you want to hear to get you to join, and then they do the complete opposite.
The workload is unbelievable, and I dreaded going there every morning. The teachers either don't care or they are extremely difficult. I made 4 attempts to have a meeting with the head director of education, and he never returned my phone calls. I lasted 2 months, and now I am at a wonderful school were they fulfill what they promise. I've also been told that alot of employers don't care to hire students from CHI.
- Pros: none
- Cons: difficult teachers, unfulfilled promises, badly organized
