Just bought a new house and found out (the hard way) that the heater was installed with a pretty annoying problem -- holes in the duct work attached to the heater. Essentially I was heating my basement without knowing about it. After speaking with Marvin Kanze, Inc. I expressed my need for a "first appointment" and that the contractor be "on time." I was told "9:00 or shortly thereafter" and so I gave a window of 9:00 - 9:30am... and Paul showed up at 9:00am, not a minute after! Within the hour he saw the problem, removed the tin duct and replaced it -- so I no longer keep the old luggage, tools and painting supplies warm this winter! Great job guys -- I've already called for an estimate on installing humidifiers to the heaters!
