Great Service. I arranged to have my two HVAC units serviced after letting a few years go by between service (not a good idea). Luckily there were no major issues. The technician arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time; he put on shoe covers before he entered my home (I was happy I didn't to ask); and worked efficiently to complete the work. He explained what work was performed and his findings. I found the office staff to be professional and pleasant to work with as well. SOLID. My family and I have used Marvin E. Kanze, Inc. for at least 30 years for our air conditioning and heating needs. They are always dependable and reliable. We recently had an issue with our heater, which needed a very rare part in order to get fixed. FANTASTIC!. I am not usually a person that likes to spend time writing reviews but when I deal with a company that makes that much of an impression I am more inclined to tell people. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Marvin E. Kanze for some duct work and a replacement of my HVAC unit. From the beginning of the process I was extremely impressed. The salesman came out and explained what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. The cost was extremely reasonable and I felt very comfortable with the professionalism that was being displayed. The crew came in to my house and were very respectful and clean. Good Sales Person, Bad Technicians. Sales person was really good but the technician that came to install the air conditioning unit was not done a good work. A person without much patience, want to get out as soon as possible. When we asked to fix some air leaks on the new ductwork response from him - "it was not a perfect system before". I know that it was not a perfect system, but do not make it verse.

My house is warm & my ducts are clean!!!. Our furnace died in late November, and Marvin E. Kanze, inc. sent a serviceman out A.S.A.P., Unfortunately our 22 year old furnace could not be saved. The next day they installed for us at our request a super high efficient furnace for a reasonable price, and cleaned our ducts for a discounted rate because they were already in the home. Let me just say our house heats more evenly and for less money than ever before, and the level of dust in my house seems to be way lower. The air just seems to be cleaner. These guys are GRADE A, and so are the workmen that work for them.…
