I have to agree with "I am Canary And Clover with the crazy family"......
I have to agree with "I am Canary And Clover with the crazy family"..... I purchased my wedding shoes from this guy last Sept (2007) and had a wonderful experience! Even though the store is a mess,
the selection he has in there makes it worth looking BEYOND the clutter. He was very attentive to me and managed to be the same with the other 4 patrons that walked through the door while I was there. I have no complaints!
I LOVE my shoes.... and this week I am taking them back to him so that they can be dyed for a wedding that I will be a bridesmaid in. I'm ecstatic! Thank you!!!…
I am Canary And Clover with the crazy family!!!.
Karmak Dyeables is VERY far from my home; 25 miles to be exact, and the way he talked to me from the first day was the reason I kept coming back. I had read the bad reviews online but i was in a
pinch where i had less than 2 weeks to get shoes dyed for my wedding they have come out perfectly and i had NO problems whatsoever with this nice man. Truly a wonderful person to have met and done business with and should i ever need shoes for a special occasion again, I will definitely come back to him, as well as I will be referring anyone who needs such services to this business.
I purchased shoes on Tuesday and he had them dyed and scotchguarded and back to me the very next Saturday. Even David's Bridal cant do that for you. I wasnt looking to spend a whole lot of money either, and I told him that and he was STILL able to help me. He even gave me directions when I called when I was really lost over the phone. His place may be a litle messy at times, but dont be thrown off by the shoes everywhere! True geniuses always create whirlwinds!
Thanks again Rich if you ever get around to reading these...I will be sure to send you pictures of the wedding!!! Take care :)…
dirty, unorganized store, not customer friendly. Store looked like a bomb went off inside. Shoes, boxes, paper all over the floor. Owner never called as promised when shoes arrived. I had to call him repeatedly to see if my wedding shoes had arrived, finally he told me they had been there for a month. Why he didn't tell me when I called several times looking for my shoes is beyond me. Told my bride's maid that no one else dyes shoes anymore, only him. This proved to be a lie, as many stores dye shoes. Will NOT do business with him again.…
Bad Experience. Poor customer service/relations. Shoes were paid for and never ordered. Very poor organization as far as paperwork and display of shoes. Took 3 weeks to receive shoes that were promised in a week. Admitted that he hadn't written down shoe sizes in order to place the order. Reminded him that he had, he located paperwork (somehow) and placed the order. Will not be taking shoes back to this business to be dyed, afraid of consequences. I feel that any business done by this gentleman is done by mistake.…
VERT NASTY OWNER. VERY NASTY OWNER/SALEMAN - HE DID NOTHING BUT TALK ABOUT "ANN BAILEYS" AND HOW THEIR SERVICE WAS NOT AS GOOD AS HIS..............
