Today i got a wash and a lil more. I was assaulted. Thats right. After seeing the severe damage caused to my interior i confronted the mgr. He said not my fault, I said I know "1 of your workers damaged my car." @ 1st he was pretty nice and said i cover any damage up to $20 but thats it." I said " Thanks can I have an incident report or your business card or something." "NO" was his answer. "You gotta move your car pal i got a business to run" is what he tells me next. I refused He called the police. While waiting I began to video him with cell phone. I repeated "please give me some Insurance info or a report of the problem. He refused. During this exchange another car pulled up with it mirror hanging. The owner says" hey, you damaged my car and someone tried to Duct tape it." The MGR starts w/ " How do I know the car wasn't damaged before wash. " I continued recording he bacame enraged and took a swing at the camera and grabed at me. The other patron w/ damage got between us. (Thankfully) The police showed up and made a report of the incident and i went on my way. /// I used to love this car wash! But customer service, quality of staff and Safety are more important to me. Beware of the Man w/ the googly eye! His temper is feirce and intelligence is low! Pros: The wash is good
Cons: Service is rude angry and violent, They damaged the interior of my car
