I recently purchased my bridal gown at Jay West and it was a truly fun and enjoyable experience. I cared about me finding the right dress and getting exactly what I wanted. They were nice on the phone and even nicer in the store. Laura helped me and my mom and while I was there I was Laura's top priority and got all her attention. I went here twice before buying my gown and she let me try on and re try on 8-10 gowns each time. I chose a 2-Be gown and they were having a trunk show for 2-Be and giving 20% off on these gowns. My gown wasn't one the the trunk show gowns but they still gave me the 20% off! They were so nice and i truly had a good time buying my dress. My mom even found a M.O.B dress the same day! This is an excellent store and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel special and find a beautiful and UNIQUE dress! Thanks Jay West!

After shopping for the past year for my wedding gown I have time to give my opinion here about a great store that is the perfect place to go to for your gown along with your bridal party's gowns also. I had a wonderful experience and time at Jay West. They were very accommodating and had a great selection of gowns and dresses, in every shape, style, color with different price ranges you couldn't ask for for anything more. They really knows about their business and the gowns and weddings to help you and make you feel good about the choice you make. They also have a seamstress on hand to give you advice about alterations before you buy your gown. I walked away knowing I was in experienced hands with the people at Jay West and this was the last place I needed to go to since no one can compare to them and I've been to many over the last year. I learned don't let the appearance fool you some places were more interested in getting my money then making sure I was happy. I highly recommend it above some of the other well-known and unknown stores in the New Jersey and Philadelphia areas. If you go make sure you spend some time going to the shops that are there it's a beautiful area. The owners were also very nice and really new what they were doing. I was also amazed by the gowns they carry that you can't get anyplace else around. I did not want to be the bride wearing the same gown as a thousand other brides with the gowns at Jay West you can get a gown that no other store has and they are beautiful.

Pros: Beautiful location, gowns that other stores don't have, knowledgeable staff and seamstress at their store.

Cons: None that I can think of.

What can you say... I was not impressed with their customer service at all. I walked in and made I contact with the sales woman at the counter and I received no acknowledgement what-so-ever. I know the lady was not that busy that you could not just give a simple greeting. Then I brushed that off and gave her the benefit of the doubt. As I began to look through there selection, I waited patiently for someone to greet me and my mother. As different woman began to come in after me...right away they were greeted at the door and on the floor. So, I put the puzzle pieces together and figured out that Jay West does not like anyone who is not like them....read between the lines.

I had a wonderful experience with Jay West. The staff was very accommodating, they offer a great selection of gowns and dresses, in every shape, style and price range. If you are looking for an overall experience, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it above some of the other wel-known stores in the Philadelphia region.

I used Jay West for my wedding dress and Bridemaids gowns and everything turned out beautifully. They have a variety of different styles and colors to choose from. Though the younger staff seemed to be a bit snooty, the owners were very friendly and very helpful in selection just the right style for me.

Pros: Great Selection, Affordable, Knowledgeable
