I have taken my car in to many mechanics and have either been lied to or given estimates that were over priced or did not reflect the work being done. I read the reviews on WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE and decided to give them a shot. I was really impressed at how knowledgeable Jay was when it came to my car. I took my car in to get my air conditioner fixed and Jay was able to identify the problem in half a day. He explained the issue to me in a way that made sense and took care of the problem at a fraction of the price that I expected to pay. If you want a mechanic that really knows their stuff and does exactly what is needed at a great price, take your car to Jay. I've been looking all over for a good mechanic and I won't take my car any place else now. Thank You!

WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE will not steer you wrong. I am extremely satisfied with the service and expertise provided by Jay. He is knowledgeable, and HONEST. They get the work done, on time, professionally, parts arrive very quickly, service is done exceptionally, and the prices are NOT inflated.

Pros: Professional, Reliable, Honest, EXCELLENT to do business with.

Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly people. I have been through many repair shops recently and nobody could fix my car. I only spent a lot money. West Chapel Auto fixed it in few hours for just fraction of money other had been asking. I was very pleased with service (make sure you ask for Jay - he knows a lot about cars and its problems). Highly recommended this shop!!!!

Jay is the best. I got tired of paying dealer prices, and I"m so glad I found WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE. Jay always takes care of me right away, no waiting, no hassles, no runaround, no games. He does great work, at great prices and with great service. This is probably the most straightforward mechanic I have found to date.

I moved to Cherry Hill a year ago and haven't been able to find a mechanic I trust. A friend recommended Jay to me. I won't go anywhere else again. He knows what he's doing and he'll go out of his way for you. The work is reliable and done right the first time. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed in the service or the prices.

I have been taking my cars to Jay's for more years than I care to recall. They are an hour drive from my home. He has NEVER disappointed. He, and everyone in his shop, know what they are doing and do it well, efficiently and always at a price that pleases. Jay never pads his estimates, never inflates the problem, never cons you on the time it will take to do the job and always deals straight. I have brought him my BMW , Hondas and Toyotas, each in turn, and felt secure in just leaving the car there and having him check it out and deal with whatever issues he finds. When I return to pick up the car he gives me a price that I am convinced is an honest price. (Yes, I've checked on that from time to time and he has always come out ahead.) I trust him completely; he is a man of honor and integrity. We thank him for his hard work and dedication to us. THANKS JAY!!!

I was very very happy to be referred to WEST CHAPEL AUTO. I felt taken care of, not cheated, and told honestly what was going on with my car. Jay fixed my car as needed, and no more. He told me there was more that could and should be done, but that it wasn't necessary which allowed me to make a decision based on my budget, yet feel that I was safe. Jay's a great guy, and not out to take advantage of people. He'll fix your car correctly and not do more than needs to be done. I highly recommend WEST CHAPEL AUTO.

I brought my car in to get repaired. The service was excellent. They were fast, friendly & thorough. It was a GREAT experience overall.

Fast quality service...No Waiting...Replaced my exhaust system on the spot.Jay was very knowledgeable and friendly and was more than happy to walk me through the entire repair process from start to finish. Jay seemed to have a better understanding of my car than the dealership and completed the job for 40% less than the dealership estimate. Lots of happy customers coming in and out while I waited for my car.

I bought my first car ever, without knowing enough about it and made the mistake of not checking it out properly beforehand. Needless to say i got scammed, and was left with a car needing substantial repairs. In this hopeless situation I was dreading the experience of going to a mechanic, but found WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE here on citysearch and decided to take it there to see what could be done. I was met with honesty and understanding, although they were quick to point out my mistake of not checking a used car out properly before buying. I decided to bite the bullet and do the necessary repairs. What was done was done, and WEST CHAPEL AUTO would help me sort it out. I handed the car in on a Monday, and on Wednesday I got the call telling me everything was ready. Very quick service indeed, and absolutely NO bs in the process. They were straight and upfront about costs, and why the repairs where needed. When I came to pick it up, the lifted the car up and showed me what they had done plus showed me the old broken parts. I left a happy customer. A couple of thousand dollars poorer, but with a great running car, itemized bill and a huge weight of my shoulders. Later in the evening, they called me up just to ask if the car was running ok and if I was happy with everything. Amazing. You won't find that kind of concern for your customers at many places(regardless of business) in this country. I strongly recommend these guys.
