Following a surgery in Jan. of 2004 I experienced chronic and debilitating pain. The pain was so intense that the only way to make it go away was to pop some pain pills and lay on the couch with my eyes closed for about 1/2 hour. If you're like me, you don't have time to lay down for 1/2 hour until the pain subsides. I was introduced to Andrew and we began a rigorous regimen of deep tissue massage therapy coupled with range of motion excerises and other stretches designed to relax the muscles and prevent them from going into spasm. I can say that I now make it through each and every day pain free. Why treat the symptoms with pain meds. when you can treat the problem and get to what's really causing the pain? Andrew is also trained in cranio-sacral and has not only worked it into my treatment sessions, but has also treated my 1 yr. old son, which produced very positive results in a short amount of time. I highly, highly recommend meeting Andrew. My personal health and well being is worth the time and energy Andrew and I put into it, shouldn't yours be?
