not just because of their classes (which rock - try betty's pilates!) but because of everything else. i went to a workshop the other week about how to get sugar out of diet...it was pretty cool. i recommed ryah to all my girlfriends because their is definitely something for everyone!
Pros: good prices, great teacher, great "other" stuff
Cons: no mirrors in the studios

Great place to get all your needs met when it comes to health, well being and fitness. They offer a ton of services: from counseling and nutritional couseling to massage -- prenatal and Thai massage, reflexology and reiki, as well as yoga and pilates classes. Very serene atmosphere.
Pros: Ambience, parking, amount of services offered

This is a gem--an absolutely stellar, beautiful, complete wellness center in the midst of Conshohocken. Some places say they are tranquil and serene--this place is the real deal!. I love the classes...teachers all are really knowledgeable and well trained. There are different styles here--and I tried them all out until I found the classes I liked best (highly recommend that you do this). Also had a Thai massage--something that I have been looking for all at a lot of places-- it was great. The therapist was strong, yet gentle. The session lasted 90 minutes in a beautiful room and I came out feeling so limber and happy.
Pros: best prices if you use their membership plan

This is the best and most beautiful yoga studio I have ever been to. The teachers are amazing --knowledgeable, helpful, and so intuitive I like the variety of teachers and classes. I feel like my whole practice has been transformed. I lalso really like the membership plan--I think it is one of the best deals for yoga around. For $79 a month I can go to unlimited classes. Some days I come twice. I think this also may be why my practice has gotten so deep. I definitiely am going to more classes now than when I was on a class card and I would count how many classes I had left. I just started taking the TriYoga style and recommend it to anyone who never has done it...
Pros: Ambience, ample parking, personalized service
Cons: none
