I joined 3 months ago and bought a training package. At first I didn't think I could do it, my wife had just left me and I had gained 34 pounds in 4 months, but thanks to the dedication of my trainer I made it past the first 2 weeks and saw changes in my appearance. I became more confident and worked toward my goal. I am a different person now.

Pros: Personal Trainers, Nutrition, Basketball, Tennis, Spinning
