Who is looking to get ripped off? If you are, look no further than Future Fitness in Mt. Laurel. They make you feel your joining a private club, until you sign on the dotted line, and they take your money. From this point on, there is more a feeling of 'your lucky you can come in' than 'welcome to your club'. Cold, and unfriendly. And then there is getting out. I have spent 5 months trying to cancel my membership, and to this moment, am still getting billed (at double the monthly fee). I have read the fine print, dotted all i's, crossed all t's...still they continue this dis-service. The best part is when I call to speak with the Manager, who promptly comes on and says "this is not my problem, I run the gyms, it sounds more like your problem". Excellent customer service from a delightful gym. I would reccommend this membership to my enemies, and those looking to get incredibly irritated. If you don't fit these criteria, STAY AWAY!!! Lionel
