It all started by picking up a pair of denim jeans, enquired from the staff if they had them in a certain size, The simple 'NO' and matching scowl suggested I had interupted this guys day by just being there. There was no suggestion of perhaps he could look or maybe even perhaps to call other stores to see if they have them in stock....This guy had no intention of helping me, not a mind selling me something. When my buddy ask him for a certain size in a shoe, he was asked to go and get the shoe with the tag on it.....God forbid this kid does his job and gets the shoe...... When I did purchase a sweater, the zip broke whilst I was wearing it that day, when I went to return it, the sales clerk beckoned for a 'manager' to approve the return. All the tme I am unsure if the staff have the ability to communicate with customers or even for that matter smile (is this a policy of the store, too cool too smile), when this 'manager' did eventualy show up. She didnt even acknowledge my existance. Walking to the other end of the counter I followed her thinking this was in her hands now, and she proceeded to pick up the phone and talk to some friend about 'baby showers' whilst I am still standing in front of her, I was astounded as to how ignorant this girl was. The whole time she was 'helping' with my problem, she didnt once address me, or even look in my direction for that matter. Obvioulsy the broken zip was my fault and hence my evil plan to ruin everybodies day. In conclusion, I have never ever been treated this poorly in a store to the point of having to write a review such as this, but I was sooo frickin mad at these moody twelve year olds, who obvioulsy think that they are God's gift to the Philly retail scene......Far from it kids, far from it.....Simple rule, Customers can make or break a place, without our money, you don't have any.....and if the staff in this place have anything to do with it, this place wont last long......

Pros: Not bad clothes

Cons: IGNORANT Staff
