I was able to bring in my laptop literally minutes after it broke down, and even though Danny seemed to have a good deal of existing business, he fixed the machine as soon as I arrived. In addition to solving the laptop's problem (it wasn't starting up at all), he also cleaned out the fan/heatsink and gave me a small lesson in repairs I can do at home. Other repairmen often look at a "dead" computer and tell you that there isn't any hope (and they won't investigate further), but luckily Voree took the time to bring the machine back to life. Thanks so much!

Danny is amazing! He knows what he does and really care about his customers. I had lost everything in my computer because I didn't have a backup, among all were my baby's pi ctures...I was desperate.!!! Danny first told me there were litlle chances to recovered them, but then he noticed how upset I was and did the almost impossible...He recovered all my baby's photos!!! Anything that he charges for his work is never too much. For now on, every time that I look at my son pictures I will remember him. Thank you!!

I was visiting from UK, phoned Voree, and droped computer round within an hour. Problem was diagnosed quickly, even though it was a wierd one. It turned out to be a faulty keyboard and the part had to be sourced from UK. I had to return to Uk and it was easy to keep track of the repair's progress through their tracking service. Computer was ready for me on my return just over a week later. Their charges were extremely reasonable. It is also very comforting to have a telephone number, email and address when you leave your computer. I couldn't be more satisfied, excellent service. I would recommend anyone with a problem to talk with Danny, you won't be disappointed. When I had a problem with another Sony computer, Sony quoted a minimum of 5 weeks for repair.

UDFD When we needed our clinic moved to our new location we had Voree do it for us. VERY Professional JOB. High quality. From cabling to Internet security to remote access to our network, they reconstructed our network and upgrade it to a whole new higher level. Thanks Again

I inquired about on-site computer services with Voree since they came up first on Google Local. They have the best looking site by far compared to other companies providing same services. I called them and someone actually answered the phone and we scheduled a thec for next day. All other guys had no available tech for on site services for the next two weeks. I can' t wait two weeks since I got a new Emachine and I need to set it up and transfer the data to my new Emachine. Peri came (10 minutes late but he knew how to install the old hard drive in to the new PC despite that at Best Buy they said (it can't be done) and I need to buy an external enclosure for the old hard drive. It sounded to complicated for me. This guy hooked it up in no time, set up the new pc with Vista, installed the printer, anti virus, cleaned up after him and he got me back in business in less than two hrs for less than $150. Great deal considering the fact that all I had to do was sit and watch. Thanks Again.

I called the store and made an appointment for the technician to come to my place to take a look of my desktop. The guy says it is $69/hr + travel expense. I said Ok. The store is on 16th/Walnut and my apt is 13th/chestnut. So you can calculate how much it will cost anybody to travel from the store to my house. The technician came. It was just power jack that was off the motherboard and he plug it back in. That was everything he did. He did not need to diagnose anything since I told him that I unplugged it and did not know where to put it back. ( after I unplugged it, I realized it was not one jack but a group of tiny small jacks that I did not know where to exactly plug back in.) Guess how much he chages for it. $98!!!! One full hour service fee plus travel cost of $29!! Unbelievable. I asked him why he charges full hour and why is the travel cost so high but he says he is not the boss and he has no power to make change to that charge. I don't expect that he would make it free. But knowing what it was, how long it took, I hoped at least a little bit of fair business mind, charging me for half an hour or feeling embarrassed for charging $29 to walk three blocks. This is why I don't think they are doing fair business. I wonder how much they would have charged if I dropped of my desktop at the store and picked it up later, not knowing how long it actually took.
