I have called BCND INC. 2 times over the past 3 months. The first time I had a lot of spy-ware slowing my system down. My wireless network was also acting funny. I do not know that much about PC's and when Jeffrey came to my house he not only got my computer back up and running. He was very friendly, and explained exactly what the issue was, (IN PLAIN ENGLISH) not crazy computer lingo. It only took him 45-50 minutes to run all the programs to clean up my system. He also backed up my important documents to a DVD before he did anything. I was at ease knowing I would not lose any data. The second visit my laptop was not booting up. It would make a strange beeping sound. Anyway Jeffrey's associate Matthew came over at 6pm (after I got home from work, very convenient) timing. He removed the hard-drive from the system, Backed up the data onto my main-desktop pc and then proceeded to remove a panel on the bottom of the unit. I had given him the Dell Inspiron 6000 model # and serial # ahead of time. He replaced the system "ram" in the computer and it booted right up!! I couldn't believe it. Dell was going to charge $180 for the replacement memory + Labor because I only had a 90 day warrantee. BCND INC only charged me $75 + $60 for the memory which saved me over $100!! I cannot express how this company saved me. They are very professional and prompt. They will work around your schedule as far as appointments and meeting times. They also have an incredible knowledge about these computers! True computer genius's. They also give discounts if not free support when you refer them to other people. What more can you ask for. Dont get taken to the cleaners by the GeekSquad or other 1800 guys. Those companies are out to charge you as much as possible and often cant ever get it right.
