Incredible service, guaranteed

When my computer's hard drive literally crashed, I spent an entire night either on-hold or running "tests" with Dell support with absolutely no help whatsoever. In the end, I got disconnected and when I called back, was told no one could help me. Out of desparation, I found BCND on-line and gave them a call. I know next to nothing about computers, but Matt managed to decipher what was wrong from my exhausted babbling. He came out to my apartment, picked up my computer, saved all my data, ordered and installed a new harddrive, re-loaded all my data, updated all my servers, and delivered it back to me around my schedule (a fellow, on-call every other night at the hospital). Matt also re-installed the VPNs for the hospital and offered to help re-install anything else that I needed. He even called 1 month later to ask how things were going and make sure everything was working right.

I cannot say enough good things about BCND. All I can say is that they guarantee their work, they work around your schedule, and they actually fix the problem. I will never use Dell support again; and I highly HIGHLY recommend BCND to anyone and everyone.

Best experience ever

I called BCND Inc after a friend told me about their experience with Matt. I have a Dell Dimension 2400 desktop and a Dell Inspiron 6400 notebook. They were both running very slowly. I called BCND around 2pm and Matt came out just 2 hours later. He ran 4 different scans on my system, One for virus's, one for spyware and another to defrag or speed up the harddrive. He then installed virus protection that came with free updates for a year. It took him just minutes to speed the system back at full speed. He then explained several options for a backup system for my PC. I had been using floppies and it had always been such as hassle. He told me that a USB flash drive or USB hard drive would allow for easy-fast backups of all my email / documents etc. He also set me up with an affordable web designer to help re-design my companies website. He knows so much more then the other computer geeks I have delt with and is HALF THE COST!

When he left the internet (verizon dsl) was running faster then before and the dell inspiron wireless signal was higher (he updated my linksys router software). I can't recommend BCND enough. I have told all of my friends about BCND and just for mentioning his name he has extended several generous discounts on his services!

Best Computer Service in the city....HANDS DOWN!!

this guy was on time, actually early, which is nice because the Computer Geeks are always late. This guy is young too, i wasn't expecting a young guy, and he was amazing. 20 minutes and i was back up and running. He explained everything to me like i was 2 which is awesome. I def recommend him a thousand times over.

Knowledgeable, Affordable, Honest Computer Service!

Last Thursday evening, my Dell computer would not start. I called BCND and was able to talk to a computer technician immediately (not some computerized operator). The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He instructed me to try a few things to troubleshoot the problem. When none of his recommendations worked he dispatched a computer technician to my place. The computer technician arrived in 15min! I showed him the computer and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem: my hard drive had crashed. He was able to replace it on site (it did take some time to install all the software I own but that's not his fault!). Fortunately, I did not lose any data because I had backed up everything on zip disks. Before he left he even showed me how to download free antispyware software! I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have found a computer service company like BCND. Highly Recommended!

Fastest, Most responisble, most reliable, Computer tech in the City...Period

I live in the Center City area, near Washington Square. I have a small business with 4 computers. I am a basic user and always find myself needing some small fix, because something doesn't work. Maybe I can't find a word document or the internet goes down. Small issues that I wouldn't want to spend 100's of dollars to fix. Recently I hired BCND Inc. after I received a flyer in the mail. At first I was not sure, because I have dealt with so many computer repair services and wasted a lot of time and money. I talked to real person who setup an appointment around my own schedule, in fact the same day. I have a Sony Vaio laptop, 2 gateway desktop pc's and my two kids have HP pavilions, Daniel a BCND employee setup software to protect my kids when they are using the PC. They cannot get into adult websites and he locked it down to restrict their access. He also put antivirus and spyware protection programs on my computer to prevent issues that may come up in the future. I liked how he explained the work he was doing as he did it and really help me to understand the root of the problems I had. He helped me get a backup system in place to keep a backup copy of the data from ALL of my computers. Now if a system breaks I do not have to worry about it!

It is a great feeling knowing that you invite someone into your home that can actually help you while being friendly at the same time. SInce I was so impressed with the level of services I recieved I invited the same tech to work on my business computers. As a small business owner myself I know how important it is to pass on good references. I can not say enough good things about my experience with BCND.

Best Center City Comp Tech, Hands Down

Called BCND on a Friday afternoon, spoke to president Matt Blumberg, extremely personable and friendly. He was immediatley able to diagnose the problem over the phone just by me describing it to him. He came to my apartment the next day(on a saturday) and personally installed the piece of hardware I needed(Obtained the part geek squad would have had to order in 1 business day).I also looked into geek squad prior to contacting BCND. I am glad that I went with the local business, his prices and service are unmatched.

BCND INC. Got it right the first time.

I have called BCND INC. 2 times over the past 3 months. The first time I had a lot of spy-ware slowing my system down. My wireless network was also acting funny. I do not know that much about PC's and when Jeffrey came to my house he not only got my computer back up and running. He was very friendly, and explained exactly what the issue was, (IN PLAIN ENGLISH) not crazy computer lingo. It only took him 45-50 minutes to run all the programs to clean up my system. He also backed up my important documents to a DVD before he did anything. I was at ease knowing I would not lose any data.

The second visit my laptop was not booting up. It would make a strange beeping sound. Anyway Jeffrey's associate Matthew came over at 6pm (after I got home from work, very convenient) timing. He removed the hard-drive from the system, Backed up the data onto my main-desktop pc and then proceeded to remove a panel on the bottom of the unit. I had given him the Dell Inspiron 6000 model # and serial # ahead of time. He replaced the system "ram" in the computer and it booted right up!! I couldn't believe it. Dell was going to charge $180 for the replacement memory + Labor because I only had a 90 day warrantee. BCND INC only charged me $75 + $60 for the memory which saved me over $100!!

I cannot express how this company saved me. They are very professional and prompt. They will work around your schedule as far as appointments and meeting times. They also have an incredible knowledge about these computers! True computer genius's. They also give discounts if not free support when you refer them to other people. What more can you ask for.

Dont get taken to the cleaners by the GeekSquad or other 1800 guys. Those companies are out to charge you as much as possible and often cant ever get it right.
