Needed a hair appointment for a cut... could go in ANYTIME in the upcoming week. They told me I would have to wait 12 days to get an appointment because the salon was closing next week while the owner was on vacation?!?! Uhhh, okay.... nevermind! I'll go to Pierre & Carlo Day Spa & Salon or Andre Richard Hair Salon. Thanks, but no thanks, ULTRA. Also, they don't take credit cards?!?! Geez, what kind of cheap salon is this??? Just pay the credit card fees so people can charge their services. In my honest opinion, I think that the ULTRA employees (all three of them) sit on Citysearch & put in their own reviews.

Pros: NONE

Cons: they don't take credit cards, if the owner goes on vacation... good luck on your own
