Steve Grandizo, David Koch and Lam Tram handled all aspects of my first home purchase and refinance (1 year later) with extreme professionalism and sincerity. They were always available to answer questions and address concerns. And the enthusiam and support throughout the process was not an act. As a result I am happy to say I am client for life.

True to their name, they are friendly. They also work hard. I just used them for a refinance, and they were so diligent. It was no easy re-fi, as the original mortgage was recorded wrong and needed to be re-recorded before we could go to settlement on the new one. There was a point at which, literally, every single day, one of the reps from Friendly made a phone call / email to the people in charge of correcting the old mortgage - they did this for two weeks straight! They truly went above and beyond what I expected. Lam, Liz and Steve are an awesome team, and I would recommend any one of them to everyone! I've used them twice now and both times they did not show any particular loyalty to any one bank, - they are more motivated by the mortagee's needs than anything. I was very impressed

In October 2007 I had the opportunity to purchase my first home. Friendly Mortgage was recommended to me by a friend. Met with Steve Grandizio and his staff. They explained every part of the mortgage process to me in terms that I could understand. Reveiwed each and every document to be sure there were no unanswered questions and even accompanied me to the closing that was over an hour outside of the city. I strongly recommend Friendly Mortgage to everyone I meet.

After struggling for months to no avail, I contacted Steve Grandizio through the referral of a co-worker and within weeks had a mortgage! Steve and his team made the entire process managable and even though I made settlement 6 months ago, they still answer any question I present to them. This was my first mortgage but I know I'll be a repeat client when I'm ready to sell and buy future properties. They really are a great group of people to work with.
Pros: Great customer service!
