They always are there to help with suggestions, and variety for everyone - WITHOUT being pushy. They've even special ordered and handmade items according to my own tastes. Frequent specials, you never know what will be on sale - and even though you can count on certain items as regular things (collectibles, sports, candles, 99 cent greeting cards...) they have been known to carry limited supplies of real Special items like Lenox and Franklin Mint or even Faberge Eggs (the eggs sold out quick)
Pros: everything
Cons: they aren't open 24 hrs 7 days a week

Wow - they have EVERYTHING. Sports collectibles, candles, giftware, jewelry, teddy bears, and an Entire Christmas Room.

Great for Charming Tails, DeZinefairies collection, Lang and Wise, First and Main, Muffy VanderBear, BEARINGTON Bears, Blue Mountain Candles for under $15, always have hallmark and other greeting cards for 99c or less.....never a problem finding a gift for anyone (even yourself)!
Pros: customer service, individual attention - they really care to help find what you need
