HAD MY CAR IN FOR BRAKE WORK AND NOTICED A NEW STAFF IN THE STORE. BRIAN THE MANAGER (SAID HE WAS FROM ANOTHER STORE, BENSALEM) WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, I BELIEVE THE TECH THAT WORKED ON MY CAR WAS KEITH AND HE ACTUALLY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY BRAKING SYSTEM. I NEVER KNEW WHAT A CALIPER SLIDE WAS UNTIL AFTER I WAS DONE TALKING TO KEITH. THIS NEW STAFF IS GREAT AND I HOPE THEY STAY. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT WORK

The manager was very helpful and very knowledgable. I think I found my new mechanic. Give them a try.
Pros: Very friendly and knowledable staff
Cons: TV is small and there is no cable.

I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR REPAIR, AND NOT ONLY WAS THE CAR FIXED THE FIRST TIME THE RIGHT WAY, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO FOUND THE PROBLEM ; NOT EVEN THE DEALER COULD FIND! THE CAR WAS DONE AHEAD OF TIME AND THEY EVEN VAC. IT OUT FOR ME!!!!!!! FIVE STAR SERVICE FROM A FIVE STAR COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
Pros: FAST SERVICE, VERY HELPFUL STAFF, VERY RESONABLE PRICIN

After taking my car for the fourth time to have it fixed for the same problem, I was called to pick up my car and I instructed them to leave the car locked with the keys inside because I could not get there until after they closed, I found my car LOCKED INSIDE with the hood still up!!!! I don't know if it's fixed as I was told. I couldn't get to it because the place was closed with my car inside. DO NOT take qanything there to be fixed!!!!!!!
