I read the prior review about this law firm and disagree entirely! One of my close family members had a very highly contested divorce and we were recommended to this law firm as being one of the best in the area. The rates are not the cheapest because you're paying for highly-experienced legal representation. However, we were billed exactly what we expected to be. I also want to mention that when we went to court Mitchell easily out-argued the other lawyer. The poor guy looked like a rookie compared to our lawyer! We won our case and my family is very happy because of it. About six months later my best friend had a contract dispute and I told him to call this firm. A month after that he started getting checks again from his employer! He said the cost was reasonable and thanked me for the referral!
Pros: We won our cases! Very smart law firm!
Cons: Missed finding the office the first trip!

AVoid this lawyer at all cost. He lied to me initially about the potential fees. I ended up paying triple what he initially told me. He also represented me very poorly in my custody case. I am a great mom and my ex got a great lawyer and thus got what he wanted while I was left with no results and big legal fees. He also gave me bad advice just so he could make more money off of me. IN addition, he would say that he worked a zillion hours on my case while I knew he worked on it a few minutes. You are better off representing yourself than by him. I consulted another lawyer and they reviewed his work and fees and agreed that this guy cheated me.
