Pondeli's Lift for Life is simply the best!!! I have been working out since January of this year (2007), and can completely see a difference in myself. I have more energy, more stamina, I sleep much better at night, and I am more focused at school and work. Being overweight, I do not like working out at the big, commercial gyms, and was looking for a one-on-one type of setting. I found that at Pondeli's Lift for Life. Getting the one-on-one attention is exactly what I need to stay focused, and having someone there pushing you to do your best is extremely motivating. Pondeli helps you set goals that are attainable, and when you reach those goals, you feel as if you truly completed something. I have my brother's wedding in June 2007, which I am trying to lose weight and get in shape for, and I know with Pondeli's help, I will be able to reach my goal. I would recommend Pondeli's Lift for Life without even thinking twice. Anyone looking for results, a wonderful and friendly place to work out, and a place where you can truly be yourself and not worry about others judging you; well this is the place!!
