excellent massage therapist

By far the best body work I have experienced. I can't believe how much my neck pain has subsided since I started going to Skin Deep. Both David and Kim are outstanding!

The staff is always pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about my well being. They go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend their services.

• Pros: relaxing atmosphere, professional & knowledgeable therapist
• Cons: What are the drawbacks?

Disappointing service and results

I really wanted to love this place...I had heard some good things. It wasn't the fact that the treatment I received did not do what I was told it would, it was the fact that it was handled totally unprofessional. I might have expected that from a chain store "spa", but not from an "upscale" one.

I might have considered giving them another chance (after all nothing is perfect), but the way they handled the "problem" was a big disappointment. I would NEVER go back there again based on that.

• Pros: Good location, easy parking
• Cons: Totally unprofessional in handling a problem! Veyr poor customer serivce!

Great Facials and Endermologie

After moving to the area and searching for a place to continue my endermologie treatments, I found Skin Deep in Narberth. (I had been receiving these treatments for the past few years in California before moving to the Main Line.) The Atmosphere at Skin Deep is very soothing and it is always soooo clean. The staff are all very friendly and professional and go out of their way to accomodate me. (NO Main Line Attitude, if you know what I mean!) After having Endermologie treatments, I decided to try their Microdermabrasion. I had this in CA, as well. This was the best microdermabrasion I have ever had and I left with my skin absolutely glowing!! Skin Deep is a hidden jewel on the Main Line!

Fabulous & Professional

I have had many of the treatments offered at Skin Deep and what can I say but they provide the most professional skin care on the main line. They made recommendations for a skin treatment program after spending 30 minutes discussing what my concerns were as well as what has and has not worked in the past. The Microdermabrasion Facial has really put a glow back into my skin and I cannot believe all the compliments i have been getting from colleagues at work!
