It's always a pleasant experience @ Caffe Gelato. The food is consistently excellent, the waitstaff is attentive, and the owner Michael is visible and available ensuring that his guests are pleased. Get on the mailing list to enjoy the frequent special deals - it keeps us coming back & we're never disappointed Free validated parking behind the restaurant makes eating in downtown Newark a breeze.
Pros: Food quality & attentive staff
Cons: Some tables should be avoided, particularly at restaurant entrance
