Good evening. I am a irate customer. My ticket # is 3-355552. from your Dover office. Handley, 302-284- I rented your top Van. I picked it up @ 12:21 PM, June 17 2008, I was told that I have unlimited mileage. I called them @ 4:00 PM June18 2008. The young lady that answered the phone said that I would be charged a day and a half ($150.00), if I get it back to them before the close of business (6:00 PM). I arrived there at 5:40 PM. She charged me for 2 full days and mileage ($253.38). I was shocked by that dollar amount. It was checked in by Susan & checked out by Debra. My wife is a cancer patient, so I could not stay and debate the issue. I had to take her to an appointment. This is my first time and last time that I do business with your organization. I work on Dover Air Force Base and I will spread the word about being deceived and lied too. I would like a written response to this complaint please

We rented a truck from Spallco in 2003 that was involved in an accident. We purchased the full compliment of insurance at the time Spallco did not honor the policy that they sold and charged my credit card the full amount of the damage. Thankfully I sucessfully disputed the charges with Mastercard. Spallco sold the insurance coverage knowing that they would never honor it. Rent from a national brand.
