Very unique store!

I needed to waste time before my appointment next door at The Saturn Club, and I wondered into this store...it blew me away! If I had had more money, I would have bought everything! Definitely recommend! Great selection of fun cards, handmade everything (scarves, jewelery, etc.), and 1" buttons!

• Pros: unique, homemade
• Cons: expensive

The Black Cat, the sister operation of and next-door neighbor to the White Dog Cafe, sells handmade works from all over the world. Instead of capitalizing on lesser-paid, Third World workers, the cafe participates in a "people-to-people" global economy by seeking and selling earth-friendly goods produced by groups of workers on their way to upward mobility.
