affordable. friendly. convenient.. My boyfriend and I stayed here before-so were pleased when priceline landed us back at this super convenient, centrally located Philly hotel. Though we already had a great deal on the rooms-the hotel staff was super friendly and graced us with an upgrade to a suite and complimentary breakfast.
