Just went there last for the first time and being in the business, I was appalled that a mojito is $10! There's little to no alcohol in it anyway, but for that price, there should be. We didn't have reservations and was told by the host that it would be no problem, just let him know when the rest of our party arrived. Well, they did and when we went to be seated, he rudely said that he did not tell us it would be okay not to have a reservation, but, he will "see" what he could do. So, right off the bat, it was not a good experience, but...we were seated upstairs in what seemed to be a VIP section, even though there isn't one. The table was aweseome! The food...okay. I had the Ropa Vieja and it was overpowered by the stewed tomatoes and the rice side dish was seriously hard as a rock. Our server was really great thought and the dessert was fantastic. Try the flan! I'd go back...with a reservation.
Pros: Ambiance, good service, great dessert
Cons: Sorta rude host, PRICEY DRINKS
