Relax & Restoreslower than dhyana yoga's all levels vinyasa classes, this nurturing flow will leave you feeling refreshed and stress-free. the sequencing is on the more gentle side, providing a "yin" complement to our other more "yang" style classes. expect a calming atmosphere, relaxing music and a nice long savasana! appropriate for all students, even beginners, or as a transition from our 101 classes toward the all levels vinyasa classes.
