comfort and attention even for old guys, nice people, and clean place. easy to find and my wife liked me gone for a while. they didn't make me wait and my hair looked good. I'm going to take my son next time.
Pros: guys only

Their comprehensive grooming package is enticing, which includes a mini-facial, paraffin hand wax, scalp massage, cut and style. And while the stylist was very courteous, attentive and skillful, frills fail to compensate for the core foundation of any business, customer service. In my opinion, the management falls pathetically short of accommodating the customer. I found the representatives at the front desk to be arrogant, callous, impatient and aloof. They seem to have no interest in retaining business, perhaps because they are content with the size of their existing clientele. It's a small facility and, consequently, it appears as if they have to book clients back to back without any breathing room. On one occasion, I arrived approximately 10 minutes late after battling traffic for over 45 minutes from the suburbs. Upon parking my car, they called to inform me that they would not be able to offer me the main service which motivated me to take the trip in the first place. There are other games in town and salons have to cater to the client as long as the expectations are reasonable. I'd recommend checking out Style of Man. It's a very similar salon with two Philadelphia locations (one right across the street inside the Liberty Place) and far superior attention to customer satisfaction from my experience.
Pros: Enticing packages, Decent Value, Some talented stylists
Cons: Overbooked, Unfriendly Management
