They lost our business!

It's a shame, because the food is really good - but unfortunately the service not so much. I called to ask about reservations for a birthday outing for my mom - the big 50 - and I was rudely told that it has to be 6 people. I stated that it was only 4 people - at which point the young lady stated that they cant do reservations - I had to correct her and state you technically can, but not for 4 people - she continued with the "yea whatever...". I felt like I was not getting anywhere so I asked to speak with her boss - she states she was not there and as soon as I asked her for the manager's name she had hung up on me mis sentence!

I called back and did speak with the manager - she however didn't seem very surprised that I was hung up on nor did she care to help me out with a celebration dinner reservation. Funny, when I was a manager at a restaurant and I found out someone from my staff was rude to a customer - I would do anything to make sure that they STAY a customer.

Thanks Arpeggio - but we're now moving our business to Cafe Lombardi's - where they are courteous enough to not hang up and you, and also are much more flexible with special occasions.

Awesome place!

This place is amazing! great food, excellent service and great prices. It is no wonder people are willing to wait in line! Pizzas are really delicious...I can't eat them anywhere else. Pasta is delicious and cooked to order, fish and mussels are super fresh and the tomato sauce rocks! From the totally addictive Humus and fresh pita to the gigantic salads, to the pastas, specials and lovely servers this is an all around 5 star!

Bathrooms are gorgeous too!

Terrible Experience

The food is disgusting. I was very sick eating the mussles. The bathroom is filthy. The environment is nothing but gossip about the customers and their personal lives. The owner sweeps the floor while the customers are eating with the dust flying into their disgusting food. The service is unfriendly except for the angel "Lis" who is a very warm and a very lovely princess.

Our favorite spot!

We visit at least once a month and enjoy incredible food. It is a great mix between Italian and Greek food. The menu offers many choices, but the specials always offer a huge variety of fish and meat. It is not a stuffy place, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The owners are always there cirulating with the guests. They do not take reservations, and at times the wait can be long - but well worth it. The huge fireplace is great in the winter and the outside seating is enjoyable in the summer! You can't beat the price for the quality of the food!

This place is amazing!!!

If you are looking for REAL mediterranean food, this is the place to go. Their menu selection is wonderful. It is a BYOB so don't forget your favorite vino. The staff is very attentive. Right now they are a little overcrowded, but they just bought the space next door and are expanding. If you are looking for quality food and service, at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.
