Best Appliance Store Around. I love this store! I made several purchases when I lived in Phoenixville and even now since moving to South Philly continue to come back. Service is outstanding - sales staff extremely helpful and friendly, delivery and install crew professional and courteous and I am treated so well by everyone there - everytime I call they answer all my questions. So far I have had a garbage disposal and a gas dryer delivered and installed, an old refrigerator hauled out of my basement before I moved, and most recently a new TV which Skip delivered himself and set up and programmed! Now THAT"S service! Try getting that from a big box store! I have recommended Appliance Alliance to all my family and friends and in my family alone there have been over 7 appliance purchases!

Buyer Beware!!. A couple of months ago I purchased several thousands of dollars worth of appliances at this Mom & Pop store. Prices were fair. I had a problem with a handle on a wine cooler I purchased and was told by both the Clarks (owners) that they would mail me parts for me to install. After several calls were NOT returned, I finally spoke to Mr. Clark. He said someone would get back to me soon. That was two months ago!!

I had the distinct feeling they were angry with me for asking for repairs to something they recently sold to me. I did nothing wrong.

Be forewarned.

Very Happy With Appliance Alliance. I have been shopping at Appliance Alliance for 8 years now. I have purchased all of my appliances for my new home as well as bought several televisions. I have always been pleased with the service I have received. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend shopping at this store over the larger box stores as the sales staff at those stores do not seem to know half of what the sales staff at Appliance Alliance knows.

Horrible Service - Double Charged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The people they send out to install items are rude and make people uncomfortable. He also harrased us on phone calls that he will get the Sheriff involved and would come home to find him sneaking around.

DO NOT LET SOMEONE NAMED HERB INTO YOUR HOME!!!

helpful and on time delivery. We purchased a refrigerator in March 2007. Working fine for nearly a year. The salesman answered all of our questions, lot of models to choose from. We had been to an "outlet" type appliance place just outside Phoenixville and were very disappointed. Prices at Appl. Alliance were LESS than the outlet store and all first quality pieces.

We set up for delivery and they were ON TIME, actually 15 min.early. They removed the old fridge and also took away a freezer we no longer needed. And installed and set up the new fridge, reversing the door to work best in the kitchen. No mess left behind. Quick and painless.

Very pleased with service. We are about to purchase a new range and are headed back to Appliance Alliance!

Best Appliance Store In The Area. We recently purchased a whole high end kitchen package with Appliance Alliance and we could not be happier with our appliances. The people at Appliance Alliance knew their stuff and were a great help in this process. The delivery was great along with the installation. To get great service this is the place to go.

Appliance Alliance, Phoenixville, PA Doesn't stand behind their products and has terrible customer service.. Terrible experience!!! I purchased an expensive Sony HDTV from Appliance Alliance and within 2 months it was dead. I called them and they refered me to a repair shop who would take care of me. I was told that several major components went in the TV. It took several months to be worked on. During all this time I was calling Appliance Alliance trying to find out what was going on, first they told me that they would get me a new one, then they said that they would get me an extended warrenty. They told me they would call me back. They just stopped calling me back and then I would call and leave message and they would not return them.

When I went to Appliance Alliance I thought I would give a "little guy"my business. Yes, I would pay a little more but get better customer service. Boy, was I wrong. Awful service, rude manager, bad quality and they just washed their hands of the problem once the TV was out the door. What a shame!

Poor Customer Service. We had purchased a Dryer and TV form Appliance Alliance in Phoenixville, PA and the TV does not work. Once again our TV is still sitting in the living room not working. We had purchased a large and expensive TV form Appliance Alliance months ago and the TV still sits in our living room and does not work. We have been to the store several times as they refuse to give us a new TV or refund. The TV did not work one week after the purchase and this was the first time out of several that we contacted them. We finally contacted Sony the TV manufacturer as they arrived months ago to take a look and they could not repair it. By the way Appliance Alliance in Phoenixville, PA said that it is not their problem. As the weeks go on the Sony repairman never showed up with the replacement part and we finally got a hold of Sony and they said that they do not have the part. At this point I called Appliance Alliance again in Phoenixville, PA asking them to simply pick up the TV and/or give us a refund or replace it and they said the they can not do so. What am I to do now as know one is taking care of our TV that is under warrantee and does not work? Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store, as they do not back their product.
