A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH A HORRIFIC COMPANY!. We hired Keller Moving, Jensen showed up! From the get go we had a horrible experience. Considering it probably is a luxury for most people to be able to hire a moving company and not a necessity, we were foolish enough to give them our business, hard earned money and have them take advantage of us when we hired them. They say “rest assured we will take care of your furniture.” More like “rest assured we will destroy your furniture.” I cannot express to everyone out there who is doing research on moving companies. DO NOT USE THEM! I find it really funny and ridiculous that someone would put a review on here of “Should of used Jenson.” That review is called damage control on Jenson’s behalf. Nice try Keller and/or Jenson whoever you are. I have to say that they are “crooks” as another review has called them. They should NOT be in business. Don’t hire them unless you want your furniture destroyed and to be charged $900.00 over the original estimate. If you do, then hire these bag of liars and have their disgusting, inexperienced employees that work for such a scumbag of a company move you. It made me sick to my stomach what they did to our belongings. And to this day, they have not owned up to what they have done! We had 9K work of damage to our furniture. (Need I say more). Megan the office manager is a nasty, ignorant, rude and abusive woman who should be ashamed for acting they way she does towards customers. This company is nice when they want your money and treat you like a piece of garbage kicked to the curb after they get your money. I truly hope they go out of business. Anna and Steve the owners are a pack of money hungry vultures for running such a horrible company. I wonder how such people can sleep at night. Great business practices Anna and Steve your wonderful employers! Thanks for taking advantage of us we truly appreciate it. I wouldn’t refer them to my worst enemy! Hey Megan, I will be looking for your glowing review of Jenson Moving that I am sure you or a family/friend will post on her in a couple of weeks or months. DON’T HIRE THEM! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY, AGGRAVATION AND TIME FROM HAVING YOUR FURNITURE TRASHED AND MOVE YOURSELF! P.S. THEY SHOULD HAVE NO STARS ON HERE, THEY DON'T DESERVE A THING!

Very Satisfied Customer!. I seldom write review because I prefer to deal directly with the company but after reading the previous review, I felt like I needed to tell my story.

I had one of Jensens reps come out and found him to be knowledgeable and very forthcoming with all the information I needed to make an informed choice.

I felt most comfortable with what he had to offer and was not dissappointed. My move was rather large and complicated and Jensen helped me plan and get everything done with the least amount of down time and stress!

I am very pleased with their work and will certainly not hesitate to use them again or tell my friend and family about their work.

HORRIBLE AND A PACK OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!. This is how i started my research. Started with these crooks and had the most unprofessional estimator show up at my house. Charge for this and charge for that. Dispite what any company tells you local moves are not charged buy the HOUR and WEIGHT and TRAVEL and whatever else they feel like charging for. Weight is not a charge that applies when the move is local. I did major research on line. Superior proved to be the better option. And also i realized that any negative feed back on Jensen's always have a positive comment feedback to try to cancel the negative. Give it a try and see what will be under here. Just goes to show you what kind of company this really is. Pack of convicts and crooks!!!

AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!. Based on what I went through, I can't believe anyone had a good experience with this company. The movers were late and unprofessional - bickering among themselves the whole time. They got lost getting to the destination - and were so late there was no one even left in the office. Then, when everything was off the truck the bill was presented to me and it was more than 50% higher than the estimate!! Eventually, I was told that the weight wasn't calculated correctly (???) and it should have only been 30% higher. We later found damage to a chair and cabinet that were both hidden upon delivery.

Eventually settled the bill and am trhilled I will never have to deal with the office folks again.

It would have been better to move everything myself than use Jensen.

Jensen relieved all my worried. very professional, and efficient. We couldn't have moved with out them there were no surprises the day of or around our move and they are very reasonable!

Shoulda Used Jensen. We had an estimator come out and he was so nice and professional, but like most people i shopped around... WHAT A MISTAKE! I used SUPERIOR MOVING COMPANY AND THEY ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY AND GAVE ME AWFUL SERVICE! Superior totally low balled my estimate and after the move was done it cost me almost twice what they estimated to move me!

I wish I had gone with my gut and not went with a shady company!

not to mention their office staff was way friendlier! my mom is using Jensen next month and so far no problems yet!

case in point don't shop around when it comes to your life valuables! use a trusted company!

Great Move!. We had a very good move with Jensen. Everything went smoothly. The crew was professional and couldnt do enough to help us. I would definitely use them again if we ever move.!

Horrible experience!. If I could give them no stars, I would. Where to start — with the 90 minutes late arrival, 4-hours to drive 60 miles, or overcharging on weight — hard choice.

My mom hired these movers to move her from a 4br house in Philly suburbs to a 2br condo in Allentown. Had the estimator come out, walked through each room, made list of exactly what furniture was going, etc. Set up move date/time two weeks in advance, put the deposit down, thought she had it covered.

Morning of the move arrived and no movers at 9am, no movers at 10am, 10:30 they showed up. What the 'professional' estimator said should take 2-3 hours to load, took 4 hours. Weight was then 2,800 pounds (yes, more than ONE TON) more than estimate. We tried to find out where they were weighing the truck, but no one gave us a straight answer, they just pulled out of the driveway.

FOUR HOURS later, they finally show up at the condo. It's now after 6pm, dark, and rainy. to compare, I made it to the condo in less than an hour.

The guys did not work well as a team, there was squabbling between then, and basically pretty unprofessional behavior. Not to mention they damaged a bookcase and broke a dining room chair in two.

Three weeks later, and the final invoice isn't settled. What a horrible experience. Would never recommend them to anyone!

What a great move!. Had Jensen move and pack us. We had a very good experience. The movers were professional and thorough--even with all of the heat!

Have completed my unpacking and nothing was damaged.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality move. I moved many times with my parents and when it came time for us to move, I wanted to make sure that I found a company that was consciencious and honorable.

The estimator was informative, the office took all of my calls--I was a little stressed!! The cost was a little higher than I was advised but I would have paid more. The peace of mind and lack of stress were worth it.

I had a great experience.. I had this company come out along with several others to give me an estimate. I chose them for several reasons- their estimate was clear to understand. They told me that they would send 4 men to do my job. Everyone else said 3 even though I told them that my last move needed 4 men. They also insisted on packing my mirrors. The other movers didnt. They said they would just stick them between my mattress??

It cost extra but I liked that Jensen would not take the chance of runing my stuff . Most imporantly, they were upfront about the cost possbily running higher depending on what I got accomplished.

Moving day came and everything went really well. The men were courteous and really helpful. I saw them take good care of my furniture.

I had heard so may moving stories and this company showed me that there are still honest and kind companies in the world. One item was damaged and they took care of it. I would recommend them highly,

I found the previous review interesting because they admit that they had an excellent experience except for the money. I dont think that review did this company justice. Heck, they even sent me a letter reviewing my costs and just like the estimator told me--reminded me that the estimate would vary depending on what I had them to on moving day.

I am in the customer service business. Could not let this good experience go without giving them their kudos.
