looked great. I had my hair cut and colored and also tried a massage a few weeks after. megan did a great job on my color and michelle on the cut. had alot of compliments, wanted something differnt and they steered me in the right direction. the massage was great as well one of the best I have had.

great service!!!. It was my first time visiting rapunzel's in october. I had a wonderful massage with a lovely woman named edwa. They have awesome specials and it was so easy for me to buy gift cards for christmas for my family! hopefully my husband gives me one in return for another massage. i highly reccommed you check them out.

bad permanent makeup. I had my eyebrows done with permanent make-up over a year ago. At the time, I tried to go with a lighter color, but Donna pressed for a darker color. I told her that the last thing I wanted was Joan Crawford eyebrows. She assured me that the brows would be dark at first, but that they would fade. Well, guess what, they didn't fade, and I got Joan Crawford eyebrows. Now I'm facing expensive and painful laser treatments to lighten them.

From Hot Mess to Hotness. Since moving to the Lansdale area about two years ago, I was in search of a new salon as good as the one I went to for over 10 yrs. (which was now too far for me to travel). So before arriving on Rapunzel’s, I had first done some online research and upon reading other reviews of the salon, I decided to give it a shot and called.

After speaking with the front desk girl and giving the general background on my hair, explaining that since having a child a year ago, I had begun coloring it myself (box color) and told her I was looking to eventually go lighter than what I had at that point (very dark brown), Megan was recommended to me.

I came somewhat equipped with old pictures from what my hair used to look like (blonde) and also came with a picture from a magazine for what I wanted to go along the lines of with new highlights, I still believed my existing hair color was a challenge. First let me say that Megan was awesome in knowing exactly how to tackle things. Her precision in foil placement as well as the color/toner was by far the best. Everything was so precisely done. I walked in the salon not looking so hot, but I walked out with beautiful hair/highlights. I've already received a few compliments and people asking me who did my highlights.

From the people at the front desk, to the other stylists, everyone seemed so down-to-earth and friendly. It’s weird that a high end salon with such experienced technicians are located practically right in my backyard. I'll definitely be returning and I imagine will be a future loyal client.

There's a reason why Rapunzel's is voted BEST!. At Rapunzel's, everyone cares about you, and it's genuine. Nobody tries to sell you things you don't need, nobody is snobby like at a lot of Day Spas, (except one girl) and they really treat their clientele like you are the reason why their job exists. The front desk staff is great, especially Corina. She is friendly and helpful and always has a beautiful smile on her face. Megan is the queen of color. Krista is the queen of facials. Lori is the queen of Reflexology, Massage & the Vichy Shower. You have to go to all these girls. They will make you look and feel beautiful.

Best Customer Service. I recently visited Rapunzel's and was very impressed with their professionalism through my entire visit. I am happy they have their policy about consultation before service. I went in with a set idea in my head about how i wanted to look. Thank goodness i didnt do it ! I was informed of the maintnance of the style i wanted , chose something different and was extremely pleased. I highly recommend this salon to anyone thats looking for a a great experience.

Loved The service. I've been to Rapunzel's several times and have gotten a cut and color with Timmy. He cut off about 3 inches of my hair and i was amazed how great i looked when he was finished. I've also had a massage with Lori who has hands of gold! The salon is very warm, & inviting. The employees at the salon the i've come in contact with have been nothing but accomidating, and polite. They are a very professional salon and i highly recommend them to anyone. Also, i will continue to go there in the future for any need.

best pedicures anywhere. I am from bethlehem Pennsylvania. I found the girls at the front desk extremely polite and my friend and I wanted pedicures together so we booked them at night. What I found was the nicest, pedicurists, Roxann and Annie. I was so impressed with the way my feet felt, and so soft, I had Roxann but my friend had Annie and she said her feet felt great as well. We will definately be back. I am going to have a massage done by Roxann, she does that as well.

Best Massage EVER!. I've been coming to Rapunzels for quite some time and it's a very warm, welcoming, professional place. I go there for massage regularly and to my dismay, my regular therapist moved and I had to go on a hunt for another one. I booked an appointment with Lori, and let me tell you, she has the most magic hands, the most wonderful touch, and you can tell she is compassionate about what she does. She's been a therapist for a number of years and it shows. She is definitely the best around and I have already referred people to her. When she first started at Rapunzels a year ago I could see her whenever I needed to. Now her clientele has built up so much, everytime I call in to request her, she's booked for weeks! I suggest getting on her maintenance plan so you can get in with her on a regular basis. You will thank yourself, and Lori, THANK YOU!!
