I just started living at Willowyck this month and I think it's great - perfect location, well-kept grounds, really friendly staff... I think they're under new management so I guess things have changed for the better. I am 110% happy and am working on getting some friends to move in as well. I've got my eye on the pool for when it gets warmer, too. And i have never had a problem finding a parking spot either. This place beats my old apartment by a mile.

If you don't mind less than ample parking, poor snow or ice removal, poor water runoff (considerable pooling on sidewalks), less than friendly neighbors or a less than knowledgable staff you shouldn't mind the lack-luster living conditions in Willowyck at Gwynedd Square apartment community. This community is clearly over-advertised and well over priced.
Pros: Easy to get in - Low security dep
Cons: NOT family friendly - Clearly for those who have no life!
