I've been to many other Indian restaurants and this is the only one where I had a great experience eating as well as interacting with the staff that worked there. Frequent Flyer. I am a Frequent Flyer at the Sultan and have never been disappointed. I usually partake of the Lunch Buffet. It has some great standards like the Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori Chicken, and fragrant Basmati Rice. Most of the items rotate and sometimes new items are tried. But there is always a good mix of dishes varying in color, spices, hotness and texture. Also included are some interesting appetizers, Pani Poori, desserts, ice cream, Naan, and most always a goat or lamb entree as well. There are lots of items to choose from if you are a vegetarian or gluten-free. And the Masala Chai...out of this world!…
