Good food, bad service!

Valentino's has some very good food for a little known bistro. If you want to taste very good Italian food, this is the place to go.

However, if you want to have friendly wait staff and to have all the information you need on a menu, this is NOT the place to go. They only serve breakfast from 6:30 AM to 2 PM, but, according to the manager on duty, they REFUSE to put that on the menu. When I informed the manager that was bad customer service, she denied it and said that the refusal to serve a customer was bad service.

For them to put a notice of the meal hours on their menu is a no brainer, for everyone except Valentino's. No cost, no time and a good customer service idea.

So, all in all, I would have to give them a two star review.

• Pros: Their food is very good - just as in the old country.
• Cons: Their wait staff leaves a lot to be desired

Good food for a nice price

Had dinner the other night with my family. I was surprised how good the food was for such a small price.

• Pros: great meal on a budget
• Cons: parking was tight
