GREAT TAVERN FOOD. This bar has great service, food, and libation. The wings are the best in Harleysville, if not anywhere for miles around. If you are in the Harleysville area, and you don't mind a smoke filled atmosphere, go here. Speaking of which, when Pennsylvania goes non-smoking in all of it's bars and public places, the Harleysville Hotel's business will take off.

Looking for a Great Restaurant/Bar. If you are looking for a trifecta of Exceptionally GOOD food, reasonable prices, and a casual and friendly staff, the Harleysville Hotel is the place for you. Located on Main Street, in Harleysville PA, only a few miles from the Lansdale exit of the NE Extension, the HH is a nice place to go for a nice sit-down lunch or dinner, or to just relax at the bar and watch a game on one of their TVs.

I've been dining at HH for over 6 years now, and have always left extremely satisfied. Wednesday NIght is their famous $8/All you can eat wing night. Which offers a variety of wings such as mild, medium, hot, suicide, Italian (italian dressing and garlic), garlic butter, BBQ, ranch, teriayki, etc. You can switch up from plate to plate. Aside from their wings (which are available every night - the special is only on Weds), other personal favorites include:

Appetizers:

Broccoli and Cheddar Bites - The best I've ever had. Fried to a crisp golden brown, this tasty appetizer comes with ranch or marinara sauce to dip.

Leon's Garlic Clams - Sold at Market Price. Pitch in with a friend and order the large bucket. You won't regret it.

Entrees:

Open Face Sandwiches - You can get Roast Beef, Meatloaf, etc. You will get a heaping platter with fresh gravy smothering it. If you get fries on the side, ask for gravy on the fries. It is that good!

Baskets - Chicken ,Shrimp, or a combo. Yes, Yes, and Yes! And don't be bashful to ask for some of that excellent gravy on your fries!!!

Prime Rib (Fri and Sat Only) - It is a surprising treat. The one waitress recommended it and I deicded to give it a try. Nice size and a flavor to savor! I have gone back several times for it! I highly recommend it to anybody!

Drinks:

I like the birch beer. It has a sharp and crisp flavor. If you are dining with a few guests, split a pitcher! If you looking for alcohol, they have draft and bottled beer, along with a variety of mixed drinks!
