Could not be more pleased with the process and the finished, custom engagement ring. Joe did a fantastic job explaining everything and was upfront and honest about the timing and cost, which is very helpful guys with little jewelry background. The ring came out perfect and my fiancee has received so many compliments on it. He even resized the ring after the purchase.

Would recommend Bucci Jewelers highly, 10/10.

Joe is a true professional. After a friend recommended Joe, I went in to talk to him about making a custom setting for my fiancé. He took the time to go through the details and showed me computer generated models of what the ring would look like to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, Joe came through with a ring that was exactly what I wanted. He stands behind his work and you can be sure that he is being fair and straight forward, which is hard to find in a jeweler at times. Thanks Joe!

Could not be happier with my engagement experience thanks to Joe. Stopped in with the future fiance and he explained all of the different options when it comes to choosing a diamond. She had a setting picked out from a custom website from california. When i showed it to Joe, he said he could create the same exact setting and when I picked up the ring I found out he was a man of his word. Will definitely go back in the future for the bands. Joe took an image of a ring my girlfriend found from a major retailer and was able to design a custom setting that was perfect. The final price was at least 50% cheaper than what it would have cost at the mall stores. When advising me on the center stone, Joe directed me to the appropriate carat size and quality, actually choosing a less expensive stone than I originally wanted.

Since receiving the ring, my now fiance constantly gets complimented on it. We credit this to the setting design and the quality of all the diamonds used. There is no doubt that we'll be back when it comes time to get wedding bands.

You will not be disappointed!! Bucci's is the ONLY place to shop for jewelry & to go for repairs. Joe & Dawn are not only the BEST in the business but they're the nicest people you will ever meet. They can make ANYTHING happen! I walk in with an idea & soon after I have a stunning new piece of jewelry. Trust me, I have been to MANY other local jewelers over the years & they are just not in the same league as Joe Bucci! I would never go anywhere else & you shouldn't either! :)

I found Bucci's via a google search for jewelers, as I was looking for someone who could make a custom wedding band to match my vintage engagement ring. Joe did an amazing job. He was able to produce exactly what I wanted, and at a very reasonable price. Customer service is clearly a high priority. I would highly recommend them.

I went to Joe Bucci to have a diamond ring made into a necklace and he did a spectacular job. I had the necklace made as a wedding present for my fiancé. Joe worked with me within my budget and made an absolutely stunning necklace that my fiance with love for years. Joe's attention to deal and the personal attention he pays to every customer is great and so is his work.
