I have known Joe Bucci, owner of Bucci Jewlers for almost 4 decades and I must say that I was not surprised by the professional courteous service I received, however, I was in awe when he educated me on a detailed explaination of what makes a diamond valuable and how I can pick one for my fiancee that may not be too expensive yet it will possess the qualities of a precious jewel.From that point on, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He and my fiance met several times and he spent over an hour showing her all types of rings and diamonds until they decided to customize it to her exact needs and when I tell you it was perfect, I am not exaggerating. My fiancee is the super picky type and when Mr. Bucci said he knew what she wanted as she described verbally what she liked with only a slight visual comparison... the mold was ready and it was in my hands at a very reasonable price but most satisfying was the look on my Fiancee's face when she saw it when I proposed. It was so pretty it made me cry.The customer service I received from his staff was also amazing. Dawn was so friendly and his wife extended warm wishes for our happiness as well. I highly reccomend Bucci's Jewelers to anyone who wants an experience that will become personal to a point where you leave with the confidence and assurance that everything will turn out just right...And it will...Perfect. I love Bucci Jewlers. Thank you for making my life a little easier :)

Amazing!!! The best experience from start to finish. I went in to Bucci's to redo my engagement ring . Both Joe and Dawn listened to me attentively and my engagement came out absolutely beautiful. Everything I imagined and more. So friendly and willing to help. And no pressure to make any sudden decision. They know how to treat their customers and have beautiful jewelry. I would encourage anyone to go for small to large gifts. They have something for everyone.

Bucci will not disappoint. From start to finish Joe and his team were amazing – I absolutely love my engagement ring! With knowing exactly what I wanted in mind, the thought of trying to articulate that to someone seemed daunting but Joe made it a breeze. Even if Bucci Jeweler’s had not already come so highly recommended by several friends who have worked with Joe, his constant “whatever you want” attitude and service throughout the process of designing our ring and then delivering it would have stood on their own. So for those couples who are working together on picking out a ring, Joe took my thoughts (while working completely within my fiancé’s budget) and literally turned them into the most beautiful ring I could have asked for. Obviously, this being a huge investment for my fiancé – Joe made him feel completely comfortable while never making me feel like I couldn’t have the exact ring I dreamed of – in short, he nailed it. From our first meeting and discussions, to the quick turnaround of designs and then to the follow up (not only on the designs but on how the proposal went!) you couldn’t ask for a better experience. Can’t wait to go back for our wedding bands. Thanks Joe!

I was referred to Joe by a friend of mine from school. My fiancee knew what she wanted in an engagement ring but we live 500 miles from Joe's store. That never bothered him. He said that I could email him some pictures and he would show me some samples of what he could do. The samples we received of ring settings were very nice. Joe also helped me purchase just the type of stone we wanted. When the finish product arrived in the mail and I opened it I was shocked at how beautiful it was. My fiancee was shocked too. When I opened the box to show it to her, at a dance, she took the box and ran out into a hallway with more light to look at it. I still have never put the ring on her finger. A ring from Joe will be one that you will be proud to show to anyone. The ring I got, for what I spent, was extraordinary. We highly recommend Bucci Jewelers when looking for jewelry. Joe will take the time to work with you to get just the piece you want. Joe and the people there are very nice and easy to work with. My fiancee and I had a very pleasant experience.

Simply The Best! Bucci jewelers has made my wife a happy woman time and time again. She gets compliments on how beautiful everything we have purchased from there is. Joe's personality, honesty, and knowledge make him a pleasure to do business with. I always refer Joe to anyone looking for a jeweler telling them that they won't be disappointed.

Bucci Jewelers was unbelievable. I didn’t know much about buying jewelry, let alone diamonds, and Joe walked me though the whole process. Joe took the time to explain what to look for in a good diamond and what to watch out for so I didn’t get swindled by anyone else. After taking the time to show me the ins and outs of buying a quality diamond, Joe worked with me on the best ring possible for the amount of money I was able to spend. Even when Joe was busy or unable to talk (which was very rare) the other employees were extremely helpful and the engagement ring turned out better than I could have imagined. I have already recommended Bucci Jewelers to most of my friends and will continue to do so.

I used Bucci's for my wife's engagement ring, best thing I ever did. (besides marry my wife of course!) Joe was helpful, informative, and steered me into something that was tailored to my budget, rather than try and push me into an amount I wasn't willing to spend. On top of that, the ring pops like its nobodys business and she receives compliments all the time. So, I had really had no choice to go back for the wedding band because anything would have failed in comparison. Same process, same service, same quality. To conclude, I recently moved to Maryland and he was more than accomodating on overnighting it to my residence out of state just in time for when I needed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Purchasing an engagement ring anywhere can be intimidating. Searching for the right place in Philadelphia can be equally as challenging. Like many I began with the small and big names on Jeweler's Row. Complimentary beer aside, I felt that nobody I spoke with took the time to treat me as a person and not just another customer. My pending investment stood to be the most sizable and important of my lifetime, and I was really seeking someone who could professionally and calmly guide me through the process.

There was a point I never thought I'd find someone like this, but then I took a quick 15 minute ride down 76 to see Joe.

My first experience with Joe went as follows:

I was out in the area and lost track of time, call the store to see what time they are open until. The man who answered replied, "Now... we just closed" (it was indeed 3pm on a Saturday). Hearing the simultaneous disappointment and panic in my voice, he continued, "You're getting engaged aren't you?" to which I said "yes". He told me that he would wait for me and to come on by.

I hope that sharing this story does not unnecessarily increase Joe's Saturday afternoon workload, but I think it most epitomizes the kind of experience that Joe and his staff provide. He is personable, professional, dedicated, and sincere. He provided the personal experience I was seeking, and so much more that I could not have expected.

He patiently explained the various options I had available, how to properly choose a stone, the kinds of things I could do to ensure I found something not only beautiful, but in my price range.

I was able to provide Joe with a photo of a ring/setting that I really liked, and he was able to re-create it (with his own personal touch). What resulted was a beautiful ring that I, my fiancee, her family, and our friends cannot stop praising. It is truly a one-of-a-kind, work of art.

When shopping for a ring in the Philadelphia area, your choices are not limited, but you will be doing yourself a great disservice if you do not go out and speak with Joe before making a final decision. I know that you will not regret it, and even if you do not end up purchasing through him, the education and experience he will impart will be equally as valuable.

I appreciate all he did for us, we can't wait to go back to get our wedding bands.

Hands down the best. Joe is the best around. He is very honest and great to work with. He kept me under my budget and provided me with an incredible ring. Joe walked me through the whole process and had everything complete in a timely fashion. His knowledge and people skills made for a pleasant experience. The moment I walked in he made me feel very comfortable. He treated me like he knew me his entire life. I mentioned to him about going to Vegas, and he immediately recommended a place I should eat at. He is a selfless person, who always keeps the customer at the center. My girlfriend couldn’t even speak when I gave her the ring. I would recommend Joe to ANYONE. He is the best around.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMAZING!!!!. First off, Joe I’m sorry for the VERY late review.

I came to Joe after visiting every other store in the area. They were all basically the same, pick a ring and have the diamond set. Some of the people were nice and knowledgeable, some were complete jerks, but they all felt like buying a car or gym membership. I wanted a custom ring that had parts of other rings and not be like anyone else’s ring. With Joe it felt like he was High School buddy that was taking care of me. You will NOT find better service.

I was given my grandmother’s diamond ring from my step mother and father. I brought in the diamond and some photos of what I wanted. Joe took the time to show me several options and I left with some ideas.

Several months go by, we planned to get engaged in December or early 2012, so there was no rush. Then I found out, 3 weeks prior that my then GF, now Fiancé’ was given a trip to Europe for 8 days, airfare, transfers, and a 7 day cruise on the Splendida (Yacht Club level-our own private restaurant, butler, excursions) included. Her family is originally from Sicily and Palermo was one of the stops. So, I had 3 weeks to come up with a ring in less than 3 weeks.

I came up with a design and brought it back to Joe along with the diamond. A few days later he sent me a design, a CAD drawing of the ring from all angles. It was not quite what I wanted, so I came in with my own hand sketch and more pictures. A few days later the design was perfect. Less than 2 weeks and counting. So, the following Friday the wax mold was done, it was exactly what I wanted. One week and counting. So Monday Joe says that he will not be able to cast the ring until Wednesday. 2 days and counting. Thursday the ring diamond was set and the hand engraving was done. One day and counting. We had a flight out Friday at 6:30pm for France.

I get a call later in the day on Thursday, the ring will be ready at 9:00am Friday…YIPPEEEEEE

I picked it up, looked at it and was amazed…it is beautiful, it sparkles, and just draws you eye.

A few days later in a small park in Palermo I got on my knee and asked her if she would marry me, she finally said yes after having to ask 4 times…she was completely shocked.

Thank you Joe, you made us VERY happy.
