Oh where, oh where has the little dress gone???

This has got to be the worst retailer in history. If you paid for a dress, and did not receive your item so you attempted to contact the owner Janet Marano only to get the all too well known " Janet run- around", please contact the Conshohoken Police @ 610-828-4033!! Just maybe we customers can get some type of resolution.

Rude phone service

I called to get the price of 6 bridesmaid dresses and the woman (who I assume is the owner which all the other reviews mentioned) treated me like a 15 year old child on the telephone. The entire time I felt as though I was bothering her. She told me she would call back within 2 hours with the prices... it's been 4 weeks and still no phone call. I almost hope she calls back just so I can turn her down and let her know how rude she is. Her loss of 6 bridesmaid dresses in this poor economy!
